The Chief Signal Officer (CSO) Major General Adeepa Thilakaratne paid a formal visit to the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W) and met the Commander, Security Forces - Wanni, Major General Dammika Jayasinghe on Wednesday (27) at the Wanni SFHQ premises.
