The Court Martial - 2 hearing charges against the accused, G.S.C Fonseka’s alleged violation of military procurement procedures resumed its sittings at 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday (17th August). Both Prosecution and Defence Counsel concluded the examination on the 3rd witness during Tuesday’s hearing. The Court is to resume sittings on 21st August 2010 at 9.00 a.m. (Ends)
