The third phase of the Computer Training programme for all ranks serving the Security Forces Headquarters, Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) ended recently after the participants were awarded proficiency certificates.
The SFHQ-KLN conducted similar training courses for all Army personnel in the past and such programmes were supported by Orient Academy Pvt Ltd at the request of the SFHQ-KLN. Forty Army personnel followed the course which ended early in the month.
The simple ceremony for award of proficiency certificates was attended by Brigadier R. Rathnasingham and several other senior officers.
