Construction of a ‘Nenasala’ (Computer Training Centre), initiated by the Army for the benefit of Tamil students saw its opening in Thunukkai - Mallavi area recently during a brief ceremony. The area comes under the 65 Division of the Security Forces Headquarters, Kilinochchi.
On the same day, a new Post Office unit, constructed in Mallavi Yogapuram village area was also opened amidst a large gathering of civilians.
Mr Namal Rajapaksa (MP), Governor for North Major General (Retd) G.A Chandrasiri, Major General Nandana Udawatta, Commander Security Forces Headquarters, Kilinochchi and several senior Army officers attended the opening ceremonies.
