Completion of Cast Master Course No. 02 at SFCDTS

The Cast Master Course No. 02 commenced on 05 May 2024 and successfully concluded on 15 May 2024 at the Special Forces Combat Diving Training School (SFCDTS) in Nayaru, Mullaitivu. 10 students from the Commando Regiment and the Special Forces Regiment attended the course.

This course focused on providing theoretical and practical knowledge specific to maritime security, disaster response, humanitarian assistance, and the utilization of care tactics, techniques, and procedures essential in asymmetric warfare where conventional military tactics are less effective.

The course was conducted by well-qualified and experienced instructors from SFCDTS under the guidance of Major General J.P.C Peiris RWP RSP ndu, the Colonel of the Regiment, Special Forces.
