A routine refresher course for Company Commanders serving under the Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ-E) got underway at Welikanda SFHQ-E for 18 continuous days.
Major General Lal Perera, Commander, SFHQ-E as the Chief Guest on the closing day of the course on Friday (4), delivered a brief address and wished them good luck with their future assignments.
