Commander SF- East Speaks to 232 Brigade Troops

Major General S.A Kulatunge RWP RSP VSP USP psc, the newly appointed Commander, Security Forces - East (SF- East), made an official field visit to 232 Infantry Brigade on 29 April 2024 recalling his past memories as a former Commander of the Brigade.

Brigadier R.P.S Prasad RWP RSP USP, the Commander, 232 Infantry Brigade warmly welcomed the arriving Senior Officer. Subsequently, troops of the Brigade welcomed the visiting Senior Officer by presenting a Guard Turnout at the entrance.

Adding memories to the day, the Commander was invited to pose for a few group photographs with the Brigade staff and was also invited to plant a sapling in the compound. Following this, the Commander SF- East addressed the troops. Further, he took part in a comprehensive briefing conducted by the Commander of 232 Infantry Brigade and his Staff Officers.

Towards the end, the Commander penned down some complimentary remarks in the visitors’ book.

The General Officer Commanding 23 Infantry Division, Senior Officers, Commanding Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were also present during the occasion.
