Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi Visits FMA & Logistic Units

The Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi (SF - KLN), Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda made his first official visits to the Forward Maintenance Area (FMA) HQ and its under command Logistic Units on Saturday (8).

Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi on arrival at FMA - KLN was received by Brigadier Michael Wanniarachchi, Commander FMA - KLN. Afterwards, the visiting Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi was honoured in a Guard Turnout.

Later on, the Commander FMA - KLN made the welcome speech and invited the day's Chief Guest, Commander Security Forces KLN to address the FMA troops and its under command logistic units.

Then, presentations on operational and administrative aspects of under command Log Units of FMA - KLN followed. The Commander FMA - KLN and Commanding Officers of under command units respectively made presentations. Subsequently, Commander Security Force Kilinochchi posed for a group photograph with all Commanding Officers of Log Units and the Staff in the FMA - KLN.

Afterwards, Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda visited the Headquarters of 5 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, 7 Sri Lanka Army Service Corps, 11 Corps of Engineer Service Regiment, 6 Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps and 7 Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.
