Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna), delivered a leadership and motivational lecture on “Defining Success for Yourself and Your Team to Embracing Self - Belief and Confidence” to the Heads of Departments of the Northern Provincial Council at the Auditorium of Northern Provincial Council on 18 November 2024 on the invitation of Mr. Nagalingam Vethanayahan, Honourable Governor of the Northern Province and Mr. L Illaangovan, the Chief Secretary of the Northern Provincial Council.
The lecture focused on the topics of identifying challenges, creating goals, containment issues, creating values, managing work-life balance and importance of teamwork.
Honourable Governor, Chief Secretary along with 100 Heads of Departments participated in this lecture.
At the culmination of the lecture, Honourable Governor presented a memento to the Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna).
