Major General D.K.S.K Dolage USP psc, the Commander of Security Forces (Central) visited 11 Infantry Division on 24 December 2024 after assuming the office.
The day’s proceedings commenced according a Guard Turnout to the Commander of Security Forces (Central) by the troops of 5th Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment.
Later, the Senior Officer was extended a warm welcome by Major General K.A.U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding,11 Infantry Division.
During the visit, the Commander of the Security Forces (Central) was briefed by the General Officer Commanding of 11th Infantry Division on the existing security situation, role and task, and duties in a comprehensive manner.
After, he addressed the troops of 11th Infantry Division and educated Officers and Other Ranks on the duties and responsibilities imposed on them. Subsequently, he visited the Army Hospital Kandy.
