Major General K.V.N.P Premaratne RSP USP psc, Commander Security Forces (East) and the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps (SLAWC) conducted an official visit to 1 SLAWC on 18 December 2024.
Upon the arrival, he was warmely welcomed by Major E.M.H.C De Saram psc, the Commanding Officer of 1 SLAWC.
During the visit, he received a detailed briefing from the Commanding Officer of 1 SLAWC. Then after he inspected the camp premises, addressed the troops and joined an All-Ranks tea. Before departing, he left remarks in the Visitors' Book.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the event.
