Major General A.H.L.G Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, the Director General Financial Management and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES) welcomed the newly-commissioned Officers at the Regimental Centre CES, Panagoda on 26 March 2024.
The special ceremony marked the beginning of these Officers' journey into the esteemed CES, symbolized by the presentation of distinguished Corps tie and cufflinks.
The Centre Commandant, CES, Senior Officers and Officers were also present during the occasion.
