BATTICALOA: ARMY TROOPS ON A ROUTE CLEARING patrol recovered a claymore mine (2.5Kg), one electric detonator and a five meter long flexible wire around 11.15 a.m. on Thursday (22) in CHENKALADY. The Army Bomb Disposal Team defused the claymore mine after SLMM visited the scene.
The ERAVUR Police are conducting investigations.
