A Civil Staffer serving in the 58 Division HQ received a financial donation to resolve his difficulties from the incumbent General Officer Commanding 58 Division on Wednesday (20) at the 58 Division Headquarters in Puttalam.
This cash donation of Rs 50,000 was made by a philanthropist in response to an initiative taken by former GOC, Major General Priyanka Fernando who was just appointed the DGGS at the Army HQ.
