Poovarasankulam Maha Vidyalaya in Vavuniya hosted a cinnamon planting and distribution ceremony initiated by Principal Mr. A. Muraleedaran on 2 July 2024.
Major General S. Kasturimudali RSP ndc psc, General Officer Commanding of 56 Infantry Division graced the event as the chief guest. The event featured cultural performances by students.
Commander of 562 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the ceremony.
