The Chinese Ambassador in Sri Lanka, His Excellency Mr Yi Xianliang visited the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) and met Major General Amal Karunasekara, Commander, Security Forces - KLN at SFHQ-KLN premises on Monday (13).
Commander, SF-KLN who extended a warm welcome to the visiting diplomat on arrival at the SFHQ-KLN gave a brief account on the present security situation in Kilinochchi, civil military coordination and welfare projects, being conducted by the Army for Kilinochchi people.
At the end of the cordial meeting, Commander, SF-KLN presented a symbolic memento to the visiting Chinese Ambassador.
Defence Attaché, Senior Colonel Li Chenglin and Economic Counselor, Mr Wang Yingqi were also associated with the visit.
