Chief of Staff Receives Updates from SFHQ - Central

Major General W.A.S.S Wanasinghe RSP VSV USP ndu, Chief of Staff of the Army participated in the final administration inspection held at the Security Force Headquarters - Central on Friday (22 Sep).

The visiting Chief of Staff of the Army was welcomed by Major General W.W.H.R.R.V.M.N.D.K.B Niyangoda RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Commander, Security Forces - Central at the entrance.

Soon after the final report of the administration inspection was taken up, matters related to issues in the formations under command to the SFHQ-Cen.

Towards the end of the discussions, mementoes were exchanged between the Chief of Staff of the Army and Commander, SF - Cen. Prior to his departure, Major General W.A.S.S Wanasinghe RSP VSV USP ndu, penned down some complimentary notes in the visitors’ book.

Major General R.M.M Ranasinghe WWV RWP RSP, General Officer Commanding of 11 Infantry Division, Major General D.M.P.P Dasanayake, Commander, Forward Maintenance Area - Central, Major General C.S Munasinghe WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc IG, General Officer Commanding of 12 Infantry Division, Senior Officers and Officers also took part in the event.
