The administrative inspection of the Sri Lanka National Guard was held on 20 February 2020 in the presence of the Chief of Staff, Major General Sathyapriya Liyanage at the Regimental Centre Sri Lanka National Guard, Wehera, Kurunegala. It mainly focused to ensure the Regiment and all battalions are functioning as per stipulated procedures of the Sri Lanka Army and to resolve any of pending issues in respective battalions of the Regiment.
On arrival, the Chief of Staff was warmly received by the Colonel of the Regiment SLNG, Major General H R N Fernando and accorded a drive-past Guard Turnout at the entrance of the Regimental Centre.
The administrative inspection took place at the 6th stage in the Regimental history. Before commencement of the proceedings of inspection conference, the Chief of Staff highlighted the importance of conducting administrative inspections needed to become a professional regiment within the Army.
Staff Officers of HQ SLAVF, Directors, Staff Officers of LOG Command, CSO and Army Headquarters, Commanding Officers of SLNG Battalions and all Staff Officers of the SLNG Regiment Centre participated in the inspection. Adidas shoes | FASHION NEWS
