Chief Signal Officer Visits 12 SLSC at Panagoda

The Chief Signal Officer of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC), Major General I.H.M.R.K. Herath USP ndc psc, made a visit to the 12 SLSC (Cyber Security) on 19 March 2024.

Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer of 12 SLSC, Colonel W.R.M.R. Wickramasinghe USP. The day's proceedings commenced with a comprehensive briefing by the Commanding Officer covering topics such as contemporary operations, administration, logistics, and training.

Following the briefing, the Chief Signal Officer addressed the troops and participated in an interactive session during the All Ranks tea. The event concluded with a group photograph.

During his address, the Senior Officer outlined his vision for the future development of Signallers in the Regiment.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were also present during the visit.
