The Officers’ Training Day for 2024 was successfully conducted at the Corps of Engineer Services (CES) on 21 November 2024 under the guidance of the Colonel Commandant of CES.
The day commenced with physical training, followed by sessions on foot and sword drills. A lecture on “How to Incorporate Military Estimation with Office Work” was delivered by Brigadier N.W.P.S.M. Perera, the Centre Commandant of CES, providing practical insights into integrating military precision with administrative tasks.
The day’s activities concluded with an engaging lecture on “Motivation” by Dr. (Eng.) Ranil Shanaka Sugathadasa, held at the Diners' Club, leaving the participants inspired and motivated.
Senior Officers and Officers participated in the training day.
