11 Division Troops under the Security Force Headquarters-Central (SFHQ-C) attended a Yoga session which was held to coincide with the World Yoga Day at Police Grounds, Kandy on Sunday (21). The event was organized by the High Commission of India in Sri Lanka.
Mr. Sarath Ekanayake, Chief Minister for Central Province graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Over100 officers and other ranks from the 11 Division participated in the session which centered on mental health and techniques in controlling mind and body.
