A valuable lecture on 'Officering, Mess Etiquettes and Best Practices’ was delivered to the officers of the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-Cen) was conducted on 24 June at SFHQ-Cen premises at Diyathalawa.
This lecture was conducted by Lieutenant Colonel S.D.K.W.M.M.I Welikala on the directions of the Commander of the Army and under supervision of the Commander, Security Forces - Central, Major General Keerthi Costa.
