British High Commission Envoys Call at SFHQ-MLT

Mr. Tom Burn, Deputy High Commissioner of the High Commission of Britain in Colombo, together with Group Captain Frazer Nicholsan, Non-Resident Defence Advisor in Sri Lanka for UK and Miss Priya Thillainathan, Defence Support Officer during a tour to the Mullaittivu area called at the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) and had a brief exchange of views with the Commander, SF-MLT, Major General Dushyantha Rajaguru on Tuesday (28).

During the cordial meeting, Major General Rajaguru presented a brief account to the delegates on the current security status, civil administration system in place and military endeavours on the reconciliation process in the area.

Towards the culmination of the friendly interaction, Major General Rajaguru presented them with mementos as symbols of goodwill and memory.

The visiting delegates signed up the visitors’ book at the SF Commander’s Office before their exit.
