The Court Martial – 2 hearing charges against the accused, G.S.C Fonseka’s alleged violation of military procurement procedures resumed its sittings at 2.30 p.m. on Monday (16th August).
Both Prosecution and Defence concluded lead of evidence of two witnesses in the Army. Cross examination on the 3rd witness is to commence at 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday (17th August). (Ends)
