Troops of 22nd Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment deployed at Serunuwara under 222 Brigade of 22 Division of the Security Force Headquarters -East (SFHQ-E) organized a distribution of books among 180 students of Grade 5 at Peramaduwa School in Kantale area with the sponsorship of Mr. Kumar Raziya, Director, Administration of Pedrizo Company on Thursday (05 ) .
In the meantime, troops of 12 Regiment, Sri Lanka Artillery under the 231 Brigade of 23 Division of the SFHQ-E together with villagers in the area conducted a Shramadana to clean the surroundings of Valachchenai Murth Amman Kovil in Koraleipattu on account of Dengue Prevention Campaign on Saturday (31)
On the same day, troops of 11Regiment, Sri Lanka Artillery at Tharavikulam under the 232 Brigade of 23 Division under the SFHQ-E together with villagers in the area conducted a Shramadana Campaign to clean the Kudumbimalei Kumaran school premises in Koraleipattu.
