Bogaswewa Students Get More Incentives

Students at Bogaswewa Maha Vidyalaya in Vavuniya on Tuesday (18) received a stock of oriental music instruments and three computers, following coordination, done by the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W).

A software engineer, based in the US, Mr Dayan Nawarthne donated three computers for the purpose of further improving the IT section in the school after he learnt about the shortage of such accessories for learning in the school.

Likewise, Lieutenant Colonel J.M.R Randi Jayasinghe, Commanding Officer, 5 Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (SLEME) Regiment, assisting to improve aesthetic skills among students, donated a large stock of oriental musical instruments on the same occasion, for which Major General Boniface Perera, Commander, Security Forces - Wanni attended as the Chief Guest.

Principal, teachers, students, donors and several senior officers attended the simple donation ceremony.
