Bishop of Colombo Calls on Commander of the Army

Rt Rev Dhiloraj Ranjith Canagasabey, Bishop of Colombo in the Church of Ceylon and Diocese of Colombo this morning (15) called on Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army & Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID -19 Outbreak.

During the interaction, both of them shared views on the status quo of ongoing preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, role of the armed forces and their role of mitigation perform to General public.
