Under the guidance of Major General W.L.A.C Perera RWP RSP USP, General Officer Commanding, 24 Infantry Division, and the supervision of Brigadier L.S.D.N Pathirathna RSP USP, Commander, 241 Infantry Brigade, troops of the 11 Sri Lanka National Guard, along with civilians, participated in a beach cleaning programme from Palamunai to Addalachchenai beach on 15 June 2024.
