Bangladesh High Commission's New Defence Adviser Makes his First Courtesy Call on Commander of the Army

The newly-appointed Commodore M Moniruzzaman, (TAS), NGP, psc, BN, Defence Adviser in the High Commission of Bangladesh in Sri Lanka made his first courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu at the Army Headquarters on Friday (05 Jan).

Their discussions centered on the strong bilateral relations between the Sri Lanka Army and the Armed Forces of Bangladesh and exploring avenues for further collaboration, particularly in the field of training and education.

As the cordial meeting concluded, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage, symbolizing the Sri Lanka Army's goodwill, presented Commodore M Moniruzzaman, (TAS), NGP, psc, BN with a memento. The new Defence Adviser graciously reciprocated the gesture.
