Defence Adviser of the High Commission for Bangladesh, Commodore S. Aalam Parvez paid a courtesy call on Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) at SFHQ-KLN on Tuesday (23) during a visit to the North.
