25 Student Officers at Buttala Army War College (AWC) following the Senior Command Course (SCC) listened to a lecture, delivered by Colonel A.M.D.B Adhikari RWP RSP psc, Colonel Media at Directorate of Media on ‘Effective Media Handling’ on Saturday (1 July).
The lecture provided insights as regards the effective use of media in tactical encounters, guidelines for press conferences, best practices for media engagement, etc and exposed the students for question and answer sessions.
Overall, the lectures educated them on the subject of media engagement and relations as a communication mode to promote the image of the organization.
