The Army Training School (ATS) at Maduru Oya enabled student officers who are following the Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare - 32 and Young Officer Course - 68 A on 6 May at the ATS school premises listen to a special ‘Dhamma’ sermon and a follow-up discussion, administered by Ven Kadawatha Sobithavalansakara Thero.
The preaching that coincided with Vesak largely focused on Buddhist way of ‘resolving personal issues and developing living standards in line with Buddha’s philosophy’.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks at ATS joined the programme.
