Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) organized a workshop on ‘Art of Living Personnel Development’ with the assistance of the Art of Living Foundation of Sri Lanka at the Headquarters main auditorium during August 11-15.
The intention of the workshop was to promote confidence among troops to take on any situations as military personnel and gain experiences to enjoy a simple and joyful life.
The workshop was conducted on the instructions of Major General P.U.S Vithanage, Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu (SF-MLT).
Lectures of the programme was conducted by International faculty Rajagopal Krishnan of India and assisted by Lanka Jayasekara.
A total of 30 Army personnel including 5 officers and 25 other ranks serving the Mullaittivu area attended the workshop.
Meanwhile, one more computer course organized by the Security Force Headquarters – Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT), intended to develop knowledge of the serving troops of the SFHQ-MLT commenced at the Headquarters, Nenasala computer centre on Tuesday (16).
