Army War College Hosts Lecture on Leadership Challenges

The Army War College conducted a lecture on Leadership Challenges (Command’s Experience) on 05 April 2024. Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B. Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander, Security Forces – Jaffna (SF-J) conducted the lecture as a guest speaker.

The Senior Officer was warmly welcomed by the Major General U.K.D.D.P. Udugama RWP RSP USP ndu psc, the Commandant of Army War College on his arrival. During the session, Commander SF-J shared valuable insights gained from his 35 years of military service, offering a wealth of command experience to the eager audience.

The questions and answers session facilitated the Student Officers to get their doubts clarified where the enthusiastic participants actively interacted with the speaker to clear their doubts. In appreciation of his assistance to the Army War College, the Commandant presented a memento to the guest speaker.

The Deputy Commandant, Directing Staff, Senior Officers and Officers took part in the session.
