Army Troops Facilitate Supply of Medical Equipment to Batti Hospital

Batticaloa District Coordinating Committee for Prevention of COVID - 19 pandemic assembled at the District Secretariat at Batticaloa on Friday (21 ), presided by the District Secretary for Batticaloa, Mr. K Karunaharan, Additional DS, Mayor of Batticaloa, Major General Nalin Koswatte, General Officer Commanding 23 Division and Brigadier Vijitha Hettiarachchi, Commander 231 Brigade.

Further, Major General Nalin Koswatte led a donation programme at the aforementioned office in order to facilitate the Teaching Hospital Batticaloa with Autoclave machine and H202 Fumigator machine, which were jointly donated by Mr. Sha Hameed, the Senior Manager (HR) Brandix Essential-Batticaloa and Mr. Sellvaraj, the Chairman of Hotel Easter Lagoon.
