A workshop on ‘Leadership and Skill Development’ designed, for state employees of Negombo Municipal Council got underway at Army Marksmanship and Sniper Training School (MSTS), Diyatalawa during 19 – 22 July.
A total of 47 state employees of the Negombo Municipal Council followed this workshop that covered such as ‘Leadership skills’, ‘Social discipline’ and related fields.
