Sri Lanka Army team achieved a first-innings victory over Leo’s Club during the under 23 cricket encounter that took place during the last weekend (7-8 August) at Muthukumaru grounds, Panagoda.
Leos were bowled out for 172 in response to Army’s first innings with a record score of 202 in the match, organized by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC). Soldiers have secured the second place in their group during the tournament.
Army will meet Negombo CC, on 14th and 15th instant in their next under 23 encounter at Negombo shortly.
