Army Cyclists Shine in Cycling Meet that Marked HE President's Birthday

The Cycling Race, conducted under ten phases to mark HE the President’s Birthday and his assumption of office during Nov 18 - 29 swept Army cyclists to the fore after winning the overall championship, first place and the second place.

Overall championship went to the Army ‘A’ group while the first place was won by Lance Corporal R.T.C Dayananda. Corporal W.P.L Wijeratne became the second in the race.
