With sponsorship provided by members of the Association of Sri Lanka Hotel Graduates, the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) coordinated the donation of a stock of linen and sanitary essentials to the Oddusudan Government Hospital in a move to further foster gestures of reconciliation and cooperation on Wednesday (1).
On behalf of Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe, Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu, the General Officer Commanding, 64 Division, Major General Upul Weerakoon went to the hospital and donated the stock, inclusive of mattresses, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels and other essential clothes.
Representatives of the donor team, Dr S. Prabhu Shankar, Officer in Charge of the hospital, Civil Affairs Officer of the 64 Division and members of the hospital staff were present during the programme.
