The Army coordination done through the 'Daham Pahana' project of Brother Charles Thomas enabled 255 school students in Jaffna to receive a large stock of school accessories, water purifiers, solar energy kits (light system) and coconut saplings following sponsorship provided by Mrs Chitra Satkunarajan and Ms Sara A. Abdulla from Bahrain.
The distribution of those 50 study tables, 100 water purifiers, 55 school bags, 50 solar energy kits (Light System) took place on Thursday (22) at 'NSR Reception Hall' in Jaffna after inviting beneficiaries to the place.
Religious dignitaries, Brigadier General Staff of Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna, Brigadier Priyantha Gamage, Brother Charles Thomas, Senior Army Officers, members of the ‘Daham Pahana’ Foundation, Army personnel, donors, students and parents from low-income families in Jaffna were present during the distribution ceremony.best shoes | NIKE HOMME
