Army Bags National Weight Lifting Championship - 2011

Sri Lanka Army lifters bagged the 45th National Men’s Weight Lifting Championship - 2011 held at Kelaniya University Indoor Stadium on 28th and 29th May with three gold medals, two silver medals and three bronze medals to their credit.

Soldiers scored twenty four marks while Sri Lanka Navy scoring twenty-three emerged runner-up and Sri Lanka Air Force became second runner-up with twenty-one.
