Lance Bombardier D.M.I.S.S Dunukar of 4 Sri Lanka Artillery and Private P.B Gayani of 2 (V) Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps won Gold medals in Walking competition of the XLV National Sports Festival 2019, conducted jointly by the Department of Sports Development, Ministry of Telecommunication, Foreign Employment and the Ministry of Sports.
'Walking' was staged as the opening sports event of the National Sports Festival, held in Anuradhapura town on Saturday (25) morning.
Meanwhile, following sports men and women of the Sri Lanka Army won several medals in the Marathon event.
