Sri Lanka Army’s Maheesh Theekshana Right arm off break bowler of the Sri Lankan National Cricket team led the Sri Lankan Team to secure a comfortable 7 wicket win against Namibia in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup on Monday (18).
Maheesh Theekshana 3/25 (4 overs) in his spell during the match limited the Namibian cricketers to 96 runs in 19.3 overs together with subordinate bowlers.
A Sri Lankan batman’s clinched 100 runs for 3 wickets in 13.3 overs marked the comfortable win.
The Army's Corporal Maheesh Theekshana was titled as the Man of the Match for his outstanding performances.
