Armoured Young Officers Receive More Knowledge

The closing ceremony of the four-month long Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (SLAC) Young Officers’ Course (YOC) - 32 took place at Kalaththawa, Anuradhapura, Armoured Corps Training Center (ACTC) on Sunday (18).

The course commenced on 22 August and ended on Sunday (18) and was designed as the technical phase and the tactical phase. The objective of the course was to impart more knowledge on armoury to the newly-commissioned officers of the SLAC.

Lieutenant D.A.G.S.N Karunarathna 5 SLAC secured the first place. Lieutenant Colonel D.K.S.M Kariyawasam, the overlooking Commandant ACTC awarded the certificates to the participants.
