To impart knowledge an English Language among troops serving under Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN), an English Proficiency Programme was introduced again on Friday (1) at the SFHQ-KLN auditorium.
A total of 30 other rankers will attend the 60 day course which will terminate on 08 July.
Colonel General Staff, SFHQ-KLN, graced the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest and delivered the opening address, on behalf of the Commander, SFHQ-KLN.
