DEVOTEES wishing to attend the annual Madhu festival-2009 are requested to fill a special form, obtainable from all island-wide Police stations and Catholic Churches and hand them over to Security Forces personnel on duty when entering the Madhu area.
This measure will help Security Forces identify those entering the area as part of the security precautions.
