ABH-CBO Conducts Health Education Session for Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police

Army Base Hospital - Colombo (ABH-CBO) organised an awareness programme themed "Healthy Army Healthy Nation" at the Regimental Headquarters of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police on 10 July 2024. The programme aimed to educate troops on critical health topics including heart attack, stroke, prevention of sudden death, healthy diet and nutrition, early detection of cancers, and stress management techniques.

Brigadier (Doctor) A.S. M Wijewardane USP, Lieutenant Colonel (Doctor) B.L Ranasinghe KSP, Major A.C.K Udugama, and Major P.A.C.P.K Peduruarachi conducted the sessions. A total of three hundred Officers and Other Ranks participated in the programme.
