9,773 Still under Treatment-NOCPCO

As of this morning (10), a total of 228 more persons were confirmed positive to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. 45 Sri Lankan expatriates and 183 of those positive cases are locally-identified ones, including the majority 58 from Colombo District, 56 from Jaffna District, 27 from Gampaha District and 42 others from different districts, states the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

By this morning (10), a total of 94,563 persons, inclusive of 90,027 of the fish market and Minuwangoda Brandix cluster have been confirmed positive to COVID-19 from all over the country, including the dead. 91,271 fully-recovered COVID-19 patients have been so far discharged from hospitals and the rest 2,697 are still under treatment in hospitals and care centers.

In the past 24 hours, 228 recovered patients have left hospitals and care centres. 2 more deaths have been reported from Vavuniya and Yalwela areas in the past 24 hours. Accordingly, the COVID-19 death toll in the country rose to 595 by this morning (10).

As of this morning (10), 9,773 persons in 101 tri service-managed QCs are still in quarantine. Within yesterday (9) 5,253 PCR tests have been conducted. Nike Sneakers Store | Nike
