Troops of 9 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) recently inaugurated a newly constructed kitchen and dining hall for the "Annei Purani" Preschool in Suganthipuram, Puthukkudiyiruppu on 29 January 2024. Major General S Kasthurimudali RSP ndc psc, General Officer Commanding, 68 Infantry Division, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
With the help of "Miracle Restoration Ministries Incorporated Australia" and the coordination of Dr. Sriyani Wickramanayake, troops of 9 SLNG successfully erected a kitchen unit and a fully equipped dining hall for the school.
The project was initiated under the guidance of Major General S. Kasturimudalai and supervised by Major H.P.I Kumara, Commanding Officer of the 9 SLNG. Commander, 681 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
