7,366 PCR Tests Done on Friday - NOCPCO

As of this morning (6), a total of 350 more persons were confirmed positive to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. 12 Sri Lankan expatriates and 338 of those positive cases are locally-identified ones, including the majority 94 from Colombo district, 82 from Rathnapura district, 31 from Badulla district and 131 others from different districts, states the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

By this morning (6), a total of 84,959 persons, inclusive of 81,132 of the fish market and Minuwangoda Brandix cluster have been confirmed positive to COVID-19 from all over the country, including the dead. 81,320 fully-recovered COVID-19 patients have been so far discharged from hospitals and the rest 3,146 are still under treatment in hospitals and care centers.

In the past 24 hours, 485 recovered patients have left hospitals and care centres. Four more deaths have been reported from Atala, Colombo 8, Colombo 10 and Rajagiriya areas in the past 24 hours. Accordingly, the COVID-19 death toll in the country rose to 493 by this morning (6).

As of this morning (6), 10,456 persons in 99 tri service-managed QCs are still in quarantine. Within yesterday (5), 7,366 PCR tests have been conducted. buy footwear | NIKE AIR HUARACHE
